Default Problems with Bluetooth

I paired my Sprint Katana phone with the Venza Bluetooth (no Nav.) and have no problem with either incoming or outgoing calls but I can't transfer my phonebook from my phone to the radio. It only transfers one # at a time. The Sprint people tried several ways but had the same results. The conclusion was that only one # at a time could be transfered. I have about 200 #'s in my book and don't have the time nor the patience to do it this way. It seems there may be something wrong with the Toyota Bluetooth. Has anyone sucessfully transferred the complete phonebook? If so, how was it done? Thanks

Hi islander,
Some phones won't transfer phonebooks to the Venza.
A couple of websites you might check, if you haven't yet , are
Toyota Bluetooth Phone and Bluetooth® Technology
I think you can only store 20 numbers on the Venza.
I hope this helps.

I paired the phone to my 2010 base radio, but when a call comes in it just rings and does not announce the name and number by voice. Is there a way to enable that?

Default How not to get screwed by the Toyota dealer?

Tired of getting screwed over by the new car dealers? If you are looking to get the best deal on your new Toyota, then you are going to need to educate yourself on the buying process. I went to this site that taught me how to become an excellent negotiator in very little time. It attacked question like: How to buy a new Toyota at invoice price? What is dealer holdback and how can this save me money? This is a very comprehensive email that breaks down the whole buying process from the second you first contact the Toyota dealer until you sign the final papers. They will send you a “Dealer Negotiation Secrets and Tricks Guide” which will give you all of the information you need in order to make the best possible decision on your new Toyota. I just printed out the email and gave it to my Toyota sales guy and was able to purchase my new car below invoice. Toyota dealers negotiate every day with the customers, but now it is your chance to have the upper hand. This is a must read if you are in the market for a new car, check out the site below:
