Hi Everyone!

I have been a proud owner of a 2010 Magnetic Grey Venza for 10 days...so far I am extremely impressed! I traded my 2009 Dbl Cab Tacoma in on it...which was extremely difficult... I absolutely LOVED my truck!!...unfortunately my mother was unable to access my truck...she's in a wheelchair...so for her sake ,I searched for six long months for a suitable replacement...and by suitable I mean a vehicle with easy access for her and the chair, but, also one that I would love to drive and be as proud of as I was my Tacoma. So far....I love my car...but it still kills me to drive by the dealership and see my beloved truck on the lot for sale! I wish I could afford both vehicles...that would def be the best of both worlds!!

I ordered the Venza with the works...V6 FWD(not much snow in South Alabama),Mag. Grey w/Lt Grey Lthr, Prem Pkg.2,Pano Roof,Nav,Prism Mirrors,Remote Start,Tow Pkg,All Weather Cargo Mat...very nice...I am also ordering the Weathertech Mats for the Fr and Rear, and I had a nice silver accent stripe added that really dressed it up even more!

Anyway....as I said...the Venza has been everything I could hope for in a car...so far...obviously time will tell.

I have enjoyed reading everyones posts...it's great to see everyones pics!

Have many of you opted for the body side mouldings? I'm undecided on them.....

Welcome risky1 to Our Venza Forum. Its great to have you on board, we hope you feel at home! As far as your tacoma Im sure it will find a great home, I also went from a Tundra to Venza and kinda felt the same way as you do..... anyways welcome, and post some pics of your ride!

Welcome to the board risky1. I know it was hard to let go of the truck. I gave up my previous vehicle because of my disability - I use a walker and I wanted a vehicle that has character (and attitude) but one I could easily get in and out of and stash the walker. I bought mine in January and I love it. I know your Mom will thank you!
