Toyota Venza Forum

Hello, to all on the Venza forum from NC. I just bought a 2010, V6, FWD, in silver and so far I'm loving it. Actually, my wife is loving it since it's hers and I have only driven it once since we bought it one week ago. I imagine I'll get to drive it when it needs gas...only 270 miles on it as of this writing so I'm sure it's about ready to be refueled. Anyway, I hope all goes well with it. Take care.

Congratulations! I just crossed the 10K mark with my i4 AWD and I love it. Had some squeaks that needed to be ironed out, but its comfortable to travel in and it has loads of room. We are also in NC near Lake Norman.

Thanks, Mccrosti. I hope to have many trouble-free miles. After finding this forum, yesterday, I began to wonder if I made a mistake purchasing the Venza as more complaints are discussed on this forum than I expected.

My Tacoma is awesome which was the first foreign made vehicle I have ever purchased.

Lake Norman...looked it up on google maps. Haven't been to that side of the state, yet. My daughter visited friends in Asheville this weekend and said it was gorgeous there. We haven't been in NC too long so I hope to check out the state more in the near future.

Well, after going through my roof rack debacle, I discovered that falconhunter had already posted information about roof rack options in the "Exterior" section of this forum. I guess I'll have to purchase a Yakima rack.

Keep in mind most of these forums usually become bitch sessions for people with issues. It is a new model, so I expect there will issues, but so far, I like the car a lot.

Hey Guys,

Last week we celebrated our 1st anniversary of ownership. Not many miles but it survived with "gusto" our harsh winter. Last fall I added door edge guards, door guards and the bumper protector guard strip. This has been one rock'in vehicle, thus far.

Sorry it took so long to get back with you. We love it here at the lake, been here 12 years, and would highly recommend it to anyone. We have 12,555 miles on the Venza I4 AWD. It's been solid as a tank. I have a couple of minor issues, but so far its been rock solid, very comfortable to ride in and plenty of power and hauling room.
