| I'm an owner of 10 venza awd i4. i live in iowa, so roads are so- so, but the car is much much more comfy than anything previous that i've owned (02 Mercedes ML320, 08 camry, 07 Tundra...), as far as the trunk rattles, i havent noticed any in mine. 25mpg city/hwy combined is my gas milage actaully 24.7, last time i checked, so pretty decent. My floor mat never even came close to get stuck, but they did reshape my gas pedal last time i got my oil change. and as far as steering noise, dont forget these cars have steering assist on them. so maybe you're not used to that, but if you go skidding off the road, you'll see what it means. all in all, great car/suv, whatever you wanna call it! nothing in its class that can compare out there on the market, in my opinion!

| Ray, Would not worry about floormats or steering/truck noise. Now road noise is something that can be talked about. We have a 2010 model, and I'm sure it's no different than 2009 nor different in FWD/AWD I4 or V6. You will get road noise depending on pavement. Having said that, I have had several cars that were not road quiet either. I like a real quiet interior but unless an additional $20K is on tap for that Lexus it would be hard to beat the package offered by the Venza. |
