If your brand new venza clunks,pulls,steering crooked,wind noise,rattles,passenger seat rattles,BIG road noise in rain and on dirt roads-tell Toyota to buy back the car-They already know about these problems.My dealer is trying to fix mine-Bought mine 3-2-09-in shop 3-9-09 and still there as of 3-15-09. I own 08 avalon(the venza is supposed to be the same quality)My 08 rav4 sport had much better quality way quieter and no rattles or cluncks!-also own an 07 tundra crewmax.For 39,000 DOLLARS LOADED the VENZA is supposed to be as good as the AVALON!! Nothing less!

with the help of the dealership service manager,Toyota fixed everything and thru in undercoating sound proofing(helped 100%) and an extended warranty .

they are still working on it!

hope is fading fast. am now asking toyota dealer to buy back car.I wonder if all venzas are like this?

not the dealers fault-he is doing everything he can-the fix for the loud sharp clunk in the right rear of the car (right rear strut assembly maybe?) must be authorize by Toyota.When???? I hope they dont tell me its normal like.....low air pressure in the tires of a ford Explorer.

4-30-09 quick test drive today-much better at this time.service manager wants to clean up the car before I pick it up on 4-31-09.no replacement parts that I know of-Just reassembled the rear cradle and all of the suspension to specs.As for front passenger seat vibration/rattle-won't know until tomorrow.This car is suppose to be a high quality well made car. 22 days in the shop just a few days after purchase. It may be fixed now,but after spending so much money on Toyotas in the last year and a half.I am so sorry,so disappointed,I have Lost Face. update- new right rear strut assembly-clunk noise is gone now.no rattles-smooth rides except for small bumps in the road.Wind noise is higher than average after 55 mph but Bose noise canceling headset takes care of that.

put some hours in driving the car-freeway- city -dirt roads and rual areas.good car after repairs.a bit of wind noise/road noise on freeway.price is about $3000 to high for a car of this caliber.Should be priced under the avalon.But not really a bad mid size car.UPDATED- adjusted air pressure in tires to 32(was 35) very smooth ride for 20"tires.Road noise is low now.Must had been a windy day on freeway because third time on freeway the wind noise is down-very nice car now.
