Toyota Venza Forum

I am driving a 2011 Venza. When I put in a destination by address, The nav. system will direct me to within a half mile of the address. It will then show me a dot where my location, but the turn by turn part will stop.It will tell me unable to find destination . The addressses and roads are all old addresses.

I took it in to toyota they installed the latest software, but it did not help any.

Is the software version the same for all the toyotas. If so I will attempt to go to the dealership and put in a destination that I am having a problem with and compare
