The bluetooth quality with my 2010 non jbl non nav seems be fine for call quality (at least nobody has ever said if it's bad or not). The biggest complaint I have with it is "call by name". For some reason the blutooth gets confused with simple commands, ie: if I say call home it will say "did you say call Bob?" or for Ron it will say "sounds too much like home". I usually just end up dialing manually and then talking through the bluetooth. I'm also disappointed with the 20 number phone book limit. I have a cheap visor mount bluethooth in my truck and it uses the phones stored phone book. My stereo is going to be replaced under warranty anyway for a problem with the USB connection so hopefully that will fix the other problem too.

So far everything's working perfectly well with my JBL-Nav Bluetooth connection/audio.

I have a 2009 and have had problems with the quality of bluetooth since my purchase in 2010. I've had 2 different "compatible" phones, but everyone tells me I sound like I'm in a barrel. The dealership replaced the navigation system and speaker to no avail. They are now "waiting" for the regional rep to come by, but we've been waiting for many months!

I just took a call from my wife driving the venza back from the dealership. They had removed some dense foam inside the rear view mirror that was covering the microphone. Result? 100% better quality.
