Canadian Purchase pricing

Good morning
Has anyone purchased in Canada?
I'm looking at V/6, FWD and Premium package. List on Toyota website is $32,600 and dealer will reduce by $1200.(pre-tax, delivery etc.)
Also, any comments on the 4 cylinder re. power .
