After parking my new Venza for the night, it displayed a flashing orange "Security Indicator" on the Instrument Panel ( Icon = half car / full keylock).

After researching the manual, it refers to manually resetting the power back door by physically pushing it down. I did so, and the flashing "Security Indicator" became a solid indicator.

Repeated attempts to reset or otherwise cancel the Security Indicator, through the Smart Key or otherwise, failed.

I believe this problem relates to the Keyless Smart Key system, but can't figure it out.

Help.
